I forgot to take a pic, but the meatloaf and the glaze were both so very good. My hubby couldn't get enough. I'll be making this again. It made a great sandwich also.

I used ground turkey instead of beef and it was amazing! Hands down the best meatloaf I've ever had! My family loved it! Definitely will be adding this as a regular to our family dinner menu!

This meatloaf is the best I have ever had!!! My Boyfriend has two big pieces tonight and is having create a plate for him tomorrow morning! Thanks made it with smashed potatoes and French Green Beans sautéed in brown sugar/Dijon sliced shallots. Yummy dinner!!!

This turned out super yummy. I ran out of red pepper flakes so I used cayenne pepper instead. No complaints, next time I’ll use a 90/10 beef to try to avoid extra liquid as the recipe suggests. Will add this to my rotation!

I loved everything about it except the sweet chili. Gave it too much of an Asian flavor for me. Next time I will leave that part out and just use extra tomato paste. The meat was moist and had lots of flavor.

Turned out pretty good. Either reduce the milk 1/4 cup or increase the breadcrumbs. I would cut the garlic in half, it kinda overwhelmed the meatloaf

Thank you so much for sharing this recipe. I have tried and failed many times with making a good meatloaf. Finally nailed it with this recipe. Super easy to make. A must save and repeat dish.

For me it was too “Italian seasoningy” if that’s makes sense. It was more like a big meat ball than a meat loaf. Was good if you prefer meatloaf that way.

I am a little confused unless I just missed it but I looked twice. After making the sauce it states only 1/2 the sauce being poured on the meatloaf. Where is the other half?
